Dispatch and terms of payment
A. Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL or by a forwarding agent. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below.
If you would like the goods to be shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@velomobil.net before placing an order, stating the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
Für den Versand innerhalb des deutschen Festlandes berechnen wir pauschal pro Bestellung 6,90 Euro.
Bulky goods surcharge:
For items that exceed a weight of 32 kg or have to be shipped as bulky goods due to their size, we charge a surcharge of 10 Euro per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver worldwide.
The DHL shipping zones are decisive for the calculation of the shipping costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. prepayment by bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 3 working days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.
2. cash payment at collection
You collect the goods from us yourself and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: Velomobile Ottersberg, Große Straße 20, 28870 Ottersberg.
In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
3. PayPal
Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods debit note via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
4. after that you will be redirected back to us (velomobil.net).
Information about the calculation of the delivery time
The time limit for delivery starts to run in case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order has been given to the transferring bank or in case of other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
