The dashcam for velomobiles
With the Viofo MT1 Dashcam, a velomobile can be additionally equipped with cameras to record the road situation. The Viofo MT1 Dashcam consists of two cameras that record everything in front and behind the velomobile. In the event of an incident, you thus have evidence that can lead to a (faster) clarification.
Thanks to the 170° wide-angle lens of both cameras, the Viofo MT1 offers a detailed and wide view of the situation on the road. The crisp Full HD 1080p recording quality is achieved by Sony Starvis image sensors. This sensor has been greatly improved in terms of night shooting, so even at dusk and at night everything remains visible in the images.
The Viofo MT1 is of course waterproof (IP 66). This means that the dashcam can continue to be used even in a heavy rain shower. In addition, the camera is sand and dust resistant. So you don't have to worry when you are not on paved roads or in bad weather - at least not for the camera.
The GPS module provides an accurate display of the current location, date and time (sync. via smartphone).
Functions and features
The dashcam automatically turns on when the battery is plugged in (when installed at our location), and also automatically turns off when the battery is unplugged/deactivated. The Viofo MT1 works with a convenient loop recording that ensures that only the oldest recording is ever overwritten.
Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam automatically starts recording when a collision occurs. These images are immediately stored securely so that they cannot be overwritten.
The remote control of the dashcam (when installed by us) is positioned in a convenient place. This makes it possible to safely start recording while driving.
The dashcam supports SD cards up to 256 GB! The loop function always overwrites only the oldest recordings. Thus, you will practically never run out of space.
The MT1 dashcam comes standard with a 32 GB SD card. All recordings can be easily transferred to your cell phone thanks to the convenient Wi-Fi function.
The dashcam is also easy to use and settings can be changed in an instant using the Viofo app (free to download from the App and Play stores).

IMPORTANT: when we install the vehicle should not be moved for at least 24 hours, so that the bonding of the holders and wiring harnesses can harden. Please be sure to make an appointment for installation!
